According to an official doctor’s note, provided with an English translation, Evgeny urgently needs custom orthopedic footwear. Before this can be produced, an orthopedic specialist must be brought to the prison colony to examine him and conduct the required X-ray diagnostics. These steps are medically necessary and cannot be replaced with standard issue footwear or remote consultations.
